Our Latin American dance fitness classes are held four times a week. You still learn to dance a variety of Latin American dance styles such as Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and more, but there is more of an emphasis on keeping fit through dance. You don't have to come with a partner and you can experience the health benefits of dance whilst learning to dance a variety of Latin styles.
